CAPS is kicking off our search for Sponsors and Vendors for our 2011 Bark in the Park. Sponsorship levels start at $100 and go up from there. Click here for the benefits of each level of sponsorship and here for Sponsorship application form. You can’t find a better event with which to promote your business. We advertise on local radio, in local newspapers, on our Web site where we provide a link to your site, through this weekly email blast to over 1700 subscribers, on our event t-shirt, 5K runners numbers, through Public Service Announcements and in the CAPS Corner in the Lahontan Valley News.
If you would like to be a vendor, click here for a Vendor/Sponsor Application Form. Vendor spots are 10 x 10. They cost $25 each or free if you are a sponsor. We invite all rescue organizations to use this event to further promote their mission and take advantage of this as an adoption event. For your Shelter/Rescue Registration form, click here. Now is the time to pre-register for the 5K Strut Your Mutt Fun Run/Walk. For your 5K Pre-registration form, click here. Pre-register by May 2 to guarantee your receiving your event t-shirt and other goodies on the day of the event.
DON'T FORGET that we have a great opportunity for you to help raise additional money to support the CAPS shelter and all of its great programs. You can have your 5K race sponsored by your friends, family and co-workers. The last two years saw us raise an additional $2500+ by this effort alone. Here is a flyer with more information about having your 5K race sponsored. Here is the registration form for you to track your sponsorships. Let us know how you are doing along the way so we can update our community as to how the fund raising is going. We always have a great time tracking this!
Would you like to donate to the event either via the goodie bags or the raffle? Call the shelter at 423-7500 for more information as to how you can utilize both of these great opportunities to promote your business. The goodie bags have fast become an event all of its own as has the raffle. You can supply marketing items such as coupons, brochures, pens, sticky pads, key chains, anything you use to promote your business or group. We already have major companies participating with the goodie bags such as Zuke’s and PetSport USA.
