Join CAPS for a fun-filled day that starts out with a bang! A
5K run/walk will kick off the day, beginning and ending at
Oats Park. Stay after the race for the FREE Bark in the Park
fair and mingle with your dogs, neighbors and lots of
vendors. Participate in contests with great prizes for the
winners; agility demonstrations from Quicksilver Agility club’s
“Paw-sit-tive Traction” Demo Team; have your pet’s photo
taken for the 2012 CAPS Happy Endings Calendar by Award
Winning Photographer, Kim Lamb of Photography and
Imaging by Kim Lamb; watch demonstrations to teach you
how to give First Aid and CPR to your dog or cat; participate
in demonstrations from a training professional; have your
dog washed at the CAPS Doggie Washing Station; have your
dog groomed at the FAWG Grooming station and watch the
K9 Unit from NAS Fallon in action. There is a large raffle to
win great prizes in too! There is still time to sign up to be a
vendor. Get your vendor registration form here. We
encourage all nonprofit groups to participate as well and to
use the same vendor form above.

| Calling all CAPS 2012 Happy Endings Calendar “wannabees!” Kim Lamb has just secured what has to be just about the most tranquil spot and potentially most beautiful “backyards” in Fallon for his spring photo shoot for the 2012 Happy Endings Calendar to benefit CAPS. Meet Kim at Churchill Vineyards (Frey Ranch) on Dodge Lane on April 16 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. (weather permitting) to have your best friend photographed in one of the most spectacular places that we call ours in Fallon. Heck, with a backdrop this picturesque, plan to plop yourself and your kids down in the picture with your four-legged buddy. What an opportunity! We can’t thank the Freys for giving us the chance to use their property for such an endeavor. Thanks to Charlie, Debbie and Colby Frey! Paws Applause!
